Description

NEW STUDENTS: Completion of the registration form and payment of the registration fee. Medical certificate proving fitness to practice Judo.

RETURNING STUDENTS: Completion of the registration form and payment of the registration fee. Medical certificate proving fitness to practice Judo.

The Judo Club provides a medical team to conduct the sports medical examination.

Withdrawal from classes must be communicated to the club in writing by the athlete or their Legal Guardian, in order to stop the generation of payment references.

In the event of an accident, the club is responsible for activating the insurance and delivering the documentation. Expenses will be covered by the insured party until reimbursed by the insurance company.

Students, staff, or children of ULHT staff are eligible for a 50% discount on the annual fee. Request the promo code from the Coordinator.

Annual payment allows a 25% discount for younger siblings and parents of students. Request the promo code from the Coordinator.

Discounts cannot be combined.

For classes up to 13 years old, lessons end at the end of the second week of July.

GDPR

The collected data is entered into the ULHT management platform and complies with the ULHT Data Processing Policy.

The collected data required for registration or renewal with the FPJ (Portuguese Judo Federation) is provided to this institution through the ADJL (Lisbon Judo District Association), falling under the GDPR of these institutions.

Part of the collected data is provided to the insurance broker/company.

Quantitative data is used by the ULHT Judo Club in applications for associativism support or sports development programs from the JF Alvalade (Alvalade Parish Council), CM Lisboa (Lisbon Municipality), and IPDJ (Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth).

I declare that I authorize, within the scope of the Judo Club's activities, the collection and use or reproduction of the name, image, voice, and sports performance, in individual or group situations. I recognize that these are personal data that allow the identification of the athlete and may be disclosed in Portugal and worldwide.
